Progress Update January 20, 2013

It's 18 days since the beginning...the current weight is 74.2KG a nice 6kg progress over just 18 days.
If to believe my scales...this is not A WATER LOSS! but a real FAT BURN! body composition: 60% water (what is optimal) FAT 20.4% (upper limit of optimal). January 2 (Water 52.1%,  Fat 25.6%).

I vastly updated my slimming technique, it became more healthy and good for health. I will start posting this regime shortly.... and it is easy to follow!!!!!
