Hi, Dear friends!
I have stopped all other projects with the sole aim to help everybody and to show to everybody how it is easy to lose (actually to lose , not make a colon cleanse or eliminate some water from the body with the help of diuretics ) 15 kilograms during 90 days and that will not get back.
For me it was not to do so easy as I had to gain 7 additional kilograms in order to achieve that result.
So the project starts August 1 , 2014. My base weight will be (in fact it is at the moment) 77.4 kg
And the aim for October 1, 2014 is 62.4 kg.
I will publish weekly weight loss plans, meal recipes, exercises , food supplements and cosmetics that will be used during this weigh-loss plan. In fact many of you who are more overweight than I am can achieve even better results as your metabolic rate will sky rock.
It took many years of try and fail in order to test that technique and I hope it will help to many of you.
Everything will be accompanied by the pictures you will see even the photos of my "fat" belly every week.
I am starting with theories articles tomorrow.
