I am a person, who was trying to get slimmer and better shaped all of my life… Sounds familiar? But I am lying. I am almost 34 years old now, but I had no problems with excess weight until year 1998 when I was 21. At that time I lived and studied in Paris (France, not Texas) and I really fell in love with pasta, pizzas and ice cream!!! So during several months I transformed from an extremely skinny person a slightly overweight one (I wish to be an overweight person like I was in 1998…as that is extremely skinny for me at the moment). My height is 168 centimetres (5.51 ft) and my weigh in December 1997 was 55kg (121lbs) and by April 1998 I was already 63kg (139lbs). Both of those two weights seem slim at the moment. But 1998 I call a year when I for the first time knew a word diet, so it is a start point of a long time journey of success and failures in trying to get a better body. Sounds strange for a male person? But not for me and many of male persons, who do not like “a beer belly” and who like when women like their bodies (not mentioning that excess weight is not good for sex).
I am starting a series of articles describing different diets and their pros and cons. I think I found a perfect formula that will be good for men and women and that can be an ultimate diet that can transform your lifestyle a lot. And believe me - it really works (not just for me !!! ).
Why I have started with year 1998, it is just because that my current diet plan is based on the formula that was tried by person who knew nothing about scientific approach and had no experience in diets and who was just 21 years old. You will find in these series of articles step by step instructions on how to achieve a weight of your dream. What to say? My weight in December 1997 was 55kg (121 lbs) and by March 2011 I was already 83.5kg (184 lbs). that is almost 30 kg (66lbs) difference and words like diet were always circulating around me for last 6 years. I can honestly tell that I dieted every year but by the beginning of every next spring I ALWAYS got a next record of my body weight… I am 70 I am 72 I am 75 I am 77 I am 78..I will never be 80 NEVER NEVER..I am 80 I am 82…I think you have seen that before in your life. So it is time to start your body transformation! Just follow me!
What can I add to my previous words: my formula is not based on any excess cardio excesses everything will be simple and there will be no pills (except natural ones) and there will be no STARVATION!!!
