Perfect TAN: Prepare your skin and your body (Part 1)

Hi mates! I promised to continue my Weight Loss series of articles, but we had a nice summer weather here so that instead of writing articles on my blog I simply dedicated that time to tanning.
Sun is my passion, I love sunny weather (who doesn't like?)! My planet is SUN! So we can continue that talk.
Anyway all of my life from my childhood I've been trying to get the the most beautiful tan possible and I think I understand something in that.

If you want to get a nice a tan and have least harm from the sun you have to prepare your skin and your body several weeks before those nice days when you will be bathing in sun (or if you go for artificial sun aka solarium these advises are useful too) . All my tanning techniques will minimize risk of a sunburn.

And don't forget nor matter it is real sun or artificial one it will really help you to lose some kilos (pounds) !!!

So below are the products that we need to prepare ourselves for PERFECT TAN


For the skin:
If you want to have a nice looking tan you should moistorize your skin. That is very important. Dry skin doesn't favor a nice tan, further more tan makes our skin dryer so if it is already dry it will become dryer and look older. We do not want to look older, that is a fact!!!
These products will get your body ready for MELANIN production!!! Why do we have a tan, it is because of the melanin produces in our body under influence of UV rays.

1. DECLEOR AROMA SUN TAN ACCELERATOR PRE-SUN CARE


Another good product from DECLEOR. It is suitable for your face and you body. I do really recommend it. Just remember: you have to start using it 2-3 weeks before your holiday trip or simply replace your regular face cream with this product in May and by summer you skin will be ready for rapid tanning.





2. LANCASTER SUNSLIM Cellul-Breaker Tan Stimulator.


This very very good product is suitable for you BODY only. that is a down side, but it helps to start to get rid of cellulite and excess fat and helps you get ready for the beach. in other words it shapes you body and gets it ready for the sun!





In order to have EVEN TAN you need to you body and face scrub (exfoliators) at least 2 times a week. And that applies to times before TAN and during TAN days!

My personal favorites are for the face 1. Clinique Exfoliating Scrub , for the body: 2. Collistar Thermoactive Talasso-Scrub (it also helps you to get rid of cellulite and get slimmer) , In my opinion for the body there are no better scrubs than salt-oil or sugar-salt combinations, I do really advice you to try, no matter what brad. I also remember using a nice one by 4. Sanctuary SPA

Lancaster also has among its 3. Sunslim products Tan Perfecter Smoothing Scrub: in my opinion it is not bad, but a way too expensive (but you can fins it on amazon.com for a real bargain price)

For you body:

Different food and vitamins favorise production of melanin and fight free-radicals.

Here is the list of essential vitamins for the TAN. You have to start taking then at least 3 weeks before tanning and continue taking them during sun bathing:

Vitamin A (beta carotene) this is the most important vitamin for melanin production it is also a very powerful anti-oxidant
Vitamin E - a very powerful anti-oxidant: vitamin of the youthfulness
ZINC- another powerful anti-oxidant: skin-perfector. And for the male readers it will be good to know that it is one of the essential ingredients in sperm production.

You can take all those vitamins in the for of capsules (yes capsules not tablets/pills). Vitamin A and E are only utilized by our body if they are dissolved on oil. Or you can eat them naturally.

Just 2 carrots a day will give you 120% of Vitamin A that you body needs





or

4  wallnuts a day will give you 100% of Vitamin E

or







1 pound of roasted lean beef is 119% of zinc RDA





A TIP: You can make a tasty little salad rich in those vitamins.

Take 2 carrots and 4 wallnuts and a little 1 table spoon of sesame seeds (they are very rich in zinc too) and 1-2 table spoons of extra virgin or virgin olive oil (olive and sunflower oils are reach in Vitamins A and E).
In the bowl: Crush the nuts (of cause without shell) grate carrots add sesame seeds (slightly roasted just 1 minute without oil in small saucer) and then add olive oil to the bowl. Mix. if you want the salad to be a little bit sweeter; just add a little bit of raisin.

  1. I been barely using some of the products stated in here in this posts. But since you had a very good post here, I am now thinking of trying things out for my self now. Someone with a cosmetology license might also know this for sure, but why did no one told me before? I had lots of friends who had good skin yet did not advised me this one.
